SOL PRACTICE TEST 2003

Directions:  You will need to work on one (1) reading passage per night.  You will answer those questions that go with the passage.  Write the answers down on notebook paper and turn in the following morning.

An ANSWER KEY is provided at the end for you to see the correct answers.  Use the key to figure out why you got the question(s) wrong/right.

PRACTICE the test, over and over.


You will take the entire test in class on Friday, May 8th.  :)

"Night" Project

Your "Night Project" is due on April 24th. Below are the directions and the rubric as to how your project will be graded. Remember:  USE POSTER BOARD for the project.





Final Project – “Night”
100 points

You will create a collage that represents what you have learned about the Holocaust from reading the book “Night”, by Elie Wiesel.  This collage could be (and should be) an assortment of hand-drawn pictures, photographs taken from the Internet, lines from text we have read, quotes, objects, etc.  Be creative, but most importantly you need to reflect in your collage what you have learned.
